Noeline is from Kibaale in western Uganda. She and her brother, Mark, cared for their ill mother after being abandoned by their father. Their grandmother took them in after their mother died. The local palliative care team identified the children for the Road to Hope program in 2014.
Noeline did well in school and received a certificate in accountancy in 2018. She then entered a diploma-level course for accounting and has completed the course successfully. She is currently job hunting.
