Hospice Foundation will host our annual Veterans Tribute Ceremony on Tuesday, October 15. This event is a chance for us to honor the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces, as well as dedicating memorial and honor items donated in the past year. As  “We Honor Veterans” four-star partners, Center for Hospice Care and Hospice Foundation integrate veteran-specific content into staff and volunteer orientation and education.
